Barbara Tubiolo "Barb" was born and raised in New York, her parents having a second home in Florida she knew this was where she always wanted to live, arriving as a full time resident in 1989. After moving to Sebring to care for her elderly father, she decided to stay as she loved the small town and friendly atmosphere of the area. Barb has two grown children and has been married for over 40 years.
Her work background has been one of variety. While raising her family Barb has worked in the medical field for an OBGYN as on office manager. With her eye for detail and organizational skills she then moved into retail as a regional manager for a well known book store chain. Her experience in the medical field has helped her at Little Angels, both in obtaining medical records and discussing medical matters with birth professionals as well as with birth parents and families.
