Shannon McCracken is the founder of Little Angels Adoption Agency. She is both and adoptive and biological parent to three wonderul boys. A Florida native, she is a graduate of both Sante Fe Community College and The University of Florida and has had experience working with children since 1990. After personally expierencing the adoption process in 1999, Shannon founded Little Angels as a way to help others in their journey to adopt. Her professional adoption expierence includes counsling both birth mothers and families, placing new borns and older children in loving homes and helping young couples plan and prepare to expand their family. As a member of the Florida Adoption Council, she is constantly expanding her knowledge of the adoption laws and practices and continues to share and learns from other adoption professionals. For Shannon, her time and personal attention are her commitment to both adoptive families and birth parents.

Cynthia Prewitt has been in the field of social work since receiving her MSW from Florida State University in 1976. Her professional experience includes psychiatric social work, a private counsling practice, medical social work and case management as well as hospital administration. She has been licensed as an LCSW since 1984. Cynthia has been working with families who are adopting both domestically and internationally since 1993. Cynthia helped Shannon to start Little Angels and has been conducting home studies and coordinating adoptions with her since 2001. Her work assisting families with their adoption home study, and the post placement visits has been both professionally and personally rewarding.

Rebecca Lowery is a Florida native with over 20 years expeirence with children. Her expierence working for the school board, private agencies and the business industry have made her a valuable asset to Little Angels. Her business knlowledge and warm personality have made her appealing to both adoptive families and birth parents. Becki has helped Little Angels in placing older children and newborns in wonderful adoptive homes. Becki has a certification in child care and guidance which has helped her with familes in difficult situations and has made her a welcome addition to Little Angels.
